Your body’s stress response, often referred to as “fight or flight,” can keep you on high alert, leading to physical changes such as increased heart rate and muscle tension. While short bursts of stress can be useful in emergency situations, chronic stress can lead to long-term exhaustion.

To combat stress, identify your stress triggers and find ways to minimize them. Relaxation techniques like deep breathing, meditation, or even talking to a therapist can help manage stress effectively and restore your energy.

2) Get Moving with Exercise

It might seem counterintuitive to exercise when you’re already tired, but physical activity is one of the best ways to boost your energy levels. Regular exercise has been shown to reduce fatigue and improve both mental and physical energy. It promotes better circulation, increases endorphins, and can even enhance the quality of your sleep.
